Gazebo Birdfeeders

Learn about the birds that visit your birdfeeders
Have you noticed the colors on the birds visiting your bird feeders or hummingbird feeders. Did you realize that birds used their color to attract mates, avoid predators and identify themselves to their flock.
As your watch the wild birds at your bird feeders and hummingbird feeders, you might wonder why birds seem to chirp more in the morning and in the evening and are quieter during the day. The reason for this is as they come out in the morning to the bird feeders or hummingbird feeders they chirp to announce their arrival and lay claim to property as it were. Once they have shown their territorial rights they are free to feed from the bird feeders and bathe and go about their everyday chores. They are quiet during the warm mid morning and noon but start up again late afternoon.
